Healing Session Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking your session, I ask you to pay for your session in full to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel the session after this is paid, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • 7 days or more in advance: 100% of the session fee will be refunded within 3 working days
  • 3 to 7 days in advance: 50% will be refunded
  • in last 24 hours: full session fee must be paid

By paying for the session you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about the policy please discuss them with me before paying for your session.

Training|Workshop|Event Cancellation Policy

I believe in helping my customers as far as possible, and therefore I have a cancellation policy.

At the time of booking your workshop I ask you to pay your deposit, which will vary depending on the training booked…

  • 7 days or more in advance: 90% of the deposit will be refunded , 10% retained for admin fees
  • 3 to 7 days in advance: 50% of the training fee minus deposit will be refunded
  • in last 24 hours: full fee must be paid
  • Deposit will always be taken in advance and is non returnable on any training

By paying for the workshop you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about the policy please discuss them with me before paying the workshop fee.

As there is usually a very small donation or the event is completely free then there is no cancellation policy.
